Dalit Bar, Architect/Designer, brings extensive design experience to the new Clearwater, Florida condos project, Lakeside Crossing. Dalit graduated as an architect in Europe, having studied for 4 years in Israel and an additional year in Aberdeen, Scotland, where she was granted her degree in Architecture by the Royal Institute of British Architecture. After working for three years for an architectural design firm in Israel, Dalit moved to Florida where she has focused her talents on various projects from single family homes to large multi-family complexes.
Dina Guergawi / Designer, is a graduate of Florida State University where she majored in Interior Design. Born in Egypt and raised in the United States, Dina has brought her international flair to the Tampa Bay area where she and her company, Creative Edge Design, have long been creating distinctive interiors for high-profile commercial clients such as Lakeside Crossing, one of the newest Clearwater, Florida condo developments. The company has also designed for numerous residential clients throughout the Tampa Bay area and elsewhere in the country.
